The Quality Improvement Cycle

Maintain and improve the quality of the tunnel lining concrete surface layer
AI and cloud systems provide support
It supports the work required to improve and maintain quality by displaying bad scores and graphing score information.
System Features
AI assists in evaluating the surface layer of lining concrete
The AI judges the score on the visual evaluation sheet based on the photograph of the lining concrete, and supports the visual evaluation of inexperienced engineers by having them refer to the AI's judgment results. Furthermore, it is expected to reduce the variation in visual evaluation scores among on-site personnel.
Easy data management in the cloud
This system consists of an iPad application and a web application using the cloud. Since input scores of field staff, concrete photographs, and AI judgment results are stored in the cloud, data sharing can be smoothly performed from anywhere.
Visualization of quality assessment results
In addition to outputting a visual evaluation chart, this system can output a graph showing the transition status of evaluation scores. By looking at the graph, it is possible to visually grasp whether the evaluation score is good or bad, which can be used as feedback for "improvement" of on-site work.
