GreenBee Inc. (Chuo-Ku Tokyo; CEO Sadanori Iwamoto; Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth 3913, hereafter GreenBee) today announced to invest in eTreego Japan K.K. (Minato-ku Tokyo, President; Jiaxin Chen, hereafter eTreego Japan), a company that develops and provides EV charger and EV charging infrastructure.

　eTreego Japan was established on July 14, 2024 as the Japanese subsidiary of 起而行綠能股份有限公司 (Hsinchu, Taiwan; CEO: CHIN-PIN, CHIEN; hereinafter “eTreego”), a leading company in Taiwan in the development and provision of EV chargers and Ev charging infrastructure.

　eTreego Japan's parent company, eTreego, has an approximate 40% market share in providing chargers for electric vehicles in Taiwan. The company offers a wide range of products for electric vehicles and electric motorcycles, from standard chargers to quick chargers.

It is an electric vehicle control module design company accredited by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) of Taiwan and has been focusing on the research and development of electric vehicle control systems for more than 10 years, with extensive experience in the fields of charging systems, motor control systems, vehicle control systems, and battery management systems, etc., for electric vehicles and electric motorcycles. The company's product design capabilities in the industry have been recognized by various quarters, and its products are sold worldwide, making it a designated partner of various automobile manufacturers.

GreenBee has been looking for a partner to provide EV chargers for our GX service business, which we are promoting, in order to provide energy storage systems and related renewable energy products as a one-stop service from service to hardware in accordance with customer requirements. The partnership with eTreego and eTreego Japan will enable us to centrally manage eTreego's EV chargers on our EMS*1 cloud service.
